Customer training is an integral part of investing in a new telephone system because if your staff does not properly understand the new system, how can you take advantage of new technologies and maximize user functionality?
For this purpose, FT11 will provide custom training sessions designed around your company’s unique and individual needs. If this requires us to provide one on one training, FT11 will do it.
